Unknown man

Note:
This poem was originaly meant to be a translation of my poem "Neznámý muž". As I expected, I experianced some issues during the translation since English is not my native language and I was not able to express some nuances or ambigulty of the text. As the consequence, I presenting a poem which is not meant as exact translation but it is rather new original poem on the theme of "Neznámý muž".

Unknown man

In the night I met a man.
Then suddenly he drow a knife,
stabbed my breast as deep as can,
placed the death where was a life.

At the start I felt just pain.
The fear had flown into my blood,
the death had reached my vital wein,
my body's falling to a mud.

He kneed to me and touched my hand.
His face was white and full of grief.
I couldn't breath I couldn't stand.
My mind had lost the last belief.

Then drop of water reached my face.
Not a rain but murder's tear
has cleaned the way out of the maze
where's no more pain and no more fear.

He bent down and kissed my lips,
on my breast he layed a rose.
Putting knife out of my ribs
I had fallen in a doze.

On the edge of day and night
the dreams come true, the dreams come real.
Be awaken! See the light!
Your heart is open, your mind is clear.
